I have a problem with the new system. To determine your daily points for activity level, it states 0 for sitting at a desk such as a receptionist, well I sit at a desk, but I am up and down and up the hall to the copier 25 times a day.
I don't think I go to the next level which was standing most of the day. 2 points.
I was thinking of adding 1 point. What do you think.
I lost 3 points with this new system and I am starving.
Same with me. I think you should NOT add an extra point. I get up and down, too, but I mainly sit. I would like to think of the walking as a little extra movement, but not enough to give myself an extra point.
I can understand being hungry, are you new to this? What kinds of stuff are you eating?
Good luck!
I don't think you have earned any activity points. That is your normal daily activity and if it doesn't take you 10 minutes to walk to the copier it isn't aerobic enough to count as exercise. In my job I go between buildings and up and down 3 flights of stairs several times a day and I don't count it.
If you are answering the question honestly then I think you knjow the answer.
25 times to the copier isn't the next level in my mind
