Here we are, ladies. Here we can post what we are eating and learn to make better choices.
I am doing Weight Watchers. I have been struggling with junk. I have found some great junky foods that are low in points. Yesterday, I ate 4 fudgesciles, 1 ice cream sandwich, 1 bag of popcorn and 1 pack of cookies. Nothing was over 2 points and I stayed with my points for the day. However, since it was all junky food, I wasn't satsified and eat and eat and eat. I felt like I had a major case of the munchies.
Today's goal....Eat more protein, and less junk....only one junk item a day in the eveing while I am watching tv.
Here is today's food thus far.
Breakfast
(2) Oat bran banana muffins--4 points
(1)Light vanilla yogurt--2 points
Lunch
(1) mulit-grain light english muffin--1 point
(1) egg fried in 1 tsp healthy oil--3 points
(1) slice of low fat cheese--1 point
(1) slice canadain bacon--1 point
(2) dill pickles--0 points
(1) banana--2 points
Total of 14 points. Daily points allowance 30 but 35 weekly flex points.
Already off to a much better day. I usually have Lean Cuisine Pizza and pudding or cookies for lunch. Pudding is ok becasue it gives me a serving of milk, but I just want more chocolate.
