Ok.......... (Held my brath for this one......cause TOM hit me last night) I weighed in this morning 1 pound lighter!

That makes a total of 37! Whew!

I have all my ON PLAN foods packed for the weekend. (A small bag of peanuts, too.)

I will check back in on our Support thread on Sunday night and check in here to make sure everyone WEIGHED IN!

Today.....306 lost 4 more lbs
total loss so far 32 lbs and sliding down the scale!!!!

Only 7 more lbs to be under 300 , only 7 more!!!!!!!

I weighed in at 240.5 this am. Down 1.5 from last week. I can see the 230's and I am so close!!!

Total loss is 31.5 #

I have gone from a size 26/28 to a 22/24.
Total inches lost 29"+
