Tuesdays' Tidbits - Jan 9 Menu

  • Time to plan ahead!

    Breakfast: oatmeal, sliced banana, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: bagel w/lf cream cheese, smoked salmon, veggies (cucumber slices, radishes)
    red grapes

    snack: fresh strawberries, cheese string if hungry

    Dinner:?? but that shrimp/whole wheat pasta thing kathy made sounds so good? Hope we have some frozen shrimp in the freezer! (I know I have pasta and veggies to add!)...otherwise I have a nice spaghetti squash to cook up!

    Movie: popcorn and diet coke

  • B: eating my oatmeal and banana and lf milk right now, it's 5:30AM. Four hours from now I'm having breakfast with a friend and will have scrambled eggs.

    L: yogurt and fruit

    D: salmon and veggies

    snacks: fruit of some kind

    l: soup and salad
    s: clementine
    d: baked chicken, potatoes, salad, green beans
    s: popcorn and/or sf/ff pudding

    And lots of water! I'm trying to stop drinking even diet soda. It just can't be that good for me!
    Last night I exercised for 40 mins (turbo jam) which for me is some kind of record I think. I hope to do it again tonight.
