Just ate a salad that came with balsamic dressing. I used about 4 oz. Does anyone know how many points that is? I calculated about 8 I am not going to be able to eat for the rest of the day-somebody please tell me i am wrong!!!

Some balsamic dressings use a lot of oil, others use very little, so the calories can vary. Where did you get it?

Like Suzanne said it can vary by the amount of oil. Full fat, low fat/light or no fat.

BTW if you have used 8 points this where your APs and WPA/FPs come into play for the day.

It was just from a random shop. I know I could use my extra points but I needed to save them for the weekend! I am so annoyed with myself-what a way to waist points!!
