Planning Monday January 8

  • B: Corn Chex and Non-Fat Milk
    S: 2 Clementine
    L: BBQ Pork Sandwich - 2 Slices Wheat Bread, 1 slice fat free American cheese, Banana Peppers, BBQ Sauce and pork loin; Green Pepper slices; Jello Sugar Free Pudding
    D: 2 Chicken Drumsticks (baked with skin removed), BBQ Sauce; Black-Eyed Peas; Salad with Reduced fat Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing
    S: Popcorn 100 calorie bag

    I’m still short about 200 – 300 calories so I’ll probable add something else I’m just not sure yet.

    Water: 3 Liters

    WO: I’ll walk to school (.6 mile/20 minutes) but I’ll probable get a ride home. I’m planning on walking on the treadmill for 30-45 minutes.
  • I think I'll join in on this thread. Here's my plan for tomorrow. Er...today, LOL.

    B - Fiber One, 1 banana
    L - 1/2 ham sandwich on whole wheat, 1/2 slice muenster cheese, lettuce, mustard, Veggie Chips
    S - Marathon Energy Bar
    D - Whatever mom makes. I'll be sure to eat healthy and watch portions.

    Water - 4 cups
    WO - 20 minutes Winsor Pilates, 1 hour walk/jog at the YMCA
  • B: Quakers Instant Oatmeal (the "Weight Control" variety that's pretty good) + coffee /w creamer (~250 calories)
    L: Chicken Noodle Soup (~250 calories), dark chocolate truffle square (~75 calories) or Medium Apple (~100 calories)
    S: dark chocolate square or med. apple
    D: Going to a chinese restaurant with fam.... so everything's up in the air (I'll try my best to be sensible in portions & what I order)

    E: First Day of Trial Bally's gym membership! I was told to expect a one-on-one session with a trainer (to get acquainted with all the machines) but what I'm looking forward to is swimming (indoor heated pool). Oh yea, and tomorrow I plan to do 15-20 minutes cardio-dance, 15-20 min. dumbbell weight lifting & its associated warmup/cooldown.

    Meal 4- 4 oz grilled sirloin, 1 c steamed broccoli
    Meal 5- 100 cal bag of popcorn

    30 minutes Eyetoy Kinetic (if I have time)
