Monday's Madness Menu - Jan 8th

  • Here we again! Food packed up for tomorrow:

    Breakfast: fresh fruit salad, lf yogurt, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: LO: 2 cola chicken thighs, brown basmati rice, green peas

    Snack: 1 banana, tea, cheese (if hungry)

    Dinner: tbd

    L: out with a friend/colleague but I think I can contain myself to just a salad
    D: Please tell me that red beans and ham are Core; I want it soooo badly.
