Tried 2 of the recipes, and what I think.

  • First was the Califlower Popcorn...I cut it up before I read to cut them into golf ball size...But the taste was so very good...Company even enjoyed them. On my list for sure to make again.

    Belgian Waffles: Outstanding...will make them again for sure. Enjoyed it with Splenda type syrup and Can't Believe Its Not Butter...Very good...Nice over eggs every morning...

    Which recipes have you tried and liked?

    Today is sis's weigh-in...I know you've done great!
    Tomorrow is mine...I pray I will be pleased...this is a quick-start I know so we don't want to get discouraged when it starts to slow down.

    I went to the club house yesterday to check on the pool hours...the earliest aerobics are at 9:00 way too late in the morning for me. So I decided not to do it. I will walk instead (as long as I can)...I started this morning with a 18 minute walk. It was very brisk out so it felt good. I hope to work up to 30 minutes within the week.

    Ruth you have been such a huge help for me to find my place. I hope this is the right place? I want to be where sis is.
