Do you do activity points?? Walking is considered as this too right? I know this afternoon, me and my Dh are going to walk a track and I just wanted to know if and how I am suppose to do this with my points ?? I really don't want to claim them, but not sure if I have to or not ?? And if I do have to, how on earth do I do it and work into my normal 28 points a day ??
