It's the first general weigh in thread of the new year. Everyone jump in and establish a starting baseline to measure our success for the coming year! All are welcome to join, just add your post whenever your official weigh in day rolls around.
Me: 183.5, up half a pound from last week. Well, I'm a bit disapointed. But this was the last of the short weeks, the last of the holidays. And something good came out of this; I've made a resolution to do my lifting sets ten times a week. I've been having a hard time working them into my routine, I'm hoping that just keeping track of the actual numbers will be something I can keep up with.

I am SO disappointed with myself. I should be somewhere around 145. I want to be at the goal weight for August 1st (I'm a MOH) and somewhere around 155 for late March (I'm turning 30
