Hi. I am new to this board, and need some help deciding what to do here. Several years ago, I joined WW - we were on the Winning Points plan then. I lost some weight, things were going good, and then life happened. I got married, got pregnant, moved to another state, lost a child, had another baby, etc... so here we are several pound heavier again, and ready to lose the weight and get my life under control! Now here's the question ...
I have friends who are doing WW online and told me about the eTools that they use and how they love being online with the support. I joined eTools using my Winning Points book and code that came with it. Now I am looking around and seeing things have changed quite a bit since I was in - and have some questions ...
Will my old Points Finder still work? Has WW changed how they calculate points for each food?
Is Flex the same as Winning Points, except banked points are now the weekly 35?
Is there really any new information that I would gain by going to another introductory meeting, or is it all pretty much common sense if I understand the basics of WW.
What should I do? Just keep going with the 'old way' of doing things, trying to stay in the new points they gave me with the quiz?
I have to watch our $$ right now, and the fee for the eTools is about all we can afford right now, so we are trying to figure out the best way to do this that we will give up the best chance of success.
