Red plan w/o lites and veggie question...

  • Well, back on the wagon and on it for good!!

    I'm planning on doing red again, this time without the lites. I find that they trigger me to want sweets. Sweets are my downfall. I know that if I do drop the lites, I'm suppose to up something. CAn anyone help me out?

    Also, I tend to sometimes go over my veggies a little. Do you think this can hinder my weight loss at all?

  • I've never thought going over in veggies is a big deal--really--how many of us got fat eating lettuce?? I know on WW most veggies are unlimited so I feel the reason they are measured on LAWL is all about teaching us portion control because the first thing you get on Stabilization is unlimited vegetables--see where I am going?
  • I figured as much, in regards to the veggies.

    I'm pretty sure that if I go a broccoli spear over the suggested serving, i won't stall out.
