Please let us know what brand and model you have, and if you would recommend it to others.

I have an Endurance 5k that I bought 2 years ago. I love it! It's super quiet, compared to my old treadmill. It doesn't fold up, but I've read that the ones that fold are prone to more breakdowns. The Endurance treadmills have a lifetime in-home warranty, so if anything breaks, they will send someone to my home to fix it. It has 6 workouts programmed in, but I've never used them. I just like to do my own thing. It has a touch screen console, so using the incline or changing speeds is easy. I would definitely recommend Endurance treadmills to anyone considering a treadmill purchase. They are made by Body Solid.

I have a Gold's Gym brand that I picked up at a sporting goods bigbox about 4 years ago. I'll just pass on what I picked up in researching my purchase at the time: look for CHP (continuous horse power) to help the motor last longer. That means the motor constantly helps the belt turn instead of turning on/off as needed. I like an extended track length as well to help keeping from walking off the back. I also wouldn't get less than a 20" wide belt. I for some reason have a lot of side to side movement when I walk fast and would walk off onto the sides of my old 18" one frequently. OK, so I do have big feet which could be part of the problem.

It's downstairs and I'm not sure of the model. It is a Precor about two years old. I would highly recommend if one is looking in a higher price range/club quality treadmill.

The treadmill is extremely quiet, has incline which is critical for me as it takes the stress off my knees. It is also great for running or a large individual.

I LOVE the treadmills by EVO Smooth Fitness, but for the price, I decided to hire a personal trainer - and use the treadmills at the gym.

Im so lazy everytime i think of getting one it's to wear my dog out-not for me to use! lol

I have a Weslo cadence 80 that i got at sears about 2 months ago, its a lower end model, but i really like it

its not as loud as a lot of machines, i have it in our computer room and i can turn my speakers up and hear the music over it or we can talk on the phone etc while its running with out a problem

the only thing i dont care for is it is a manual incline rather then a motorized one, but right now the incline is too rough on me anyway, and its really easy to change the incline when i am ready to use it

I have just ordered a Smooth 9.17 - will let you know when it arrives, but I am VERY excited!!

I have a Pro-Form C525, purchased at Sam's Club earlier this year (or was it late last year?). No, it's not fancy and it doesn't do liposuction but for po' folk like me, it sure does the trick nicely.

Big ol' me, plus my 3 oldest kids each use it several times each week, combination of walking and running. I'd say, on any given day, it gets 60-90 minutes use. That's 7 days a week. I read up on treadmill reviews before we bought it so I was prepared to have it fall apart in a month but, by golly, it's holding up to our use and abuse quite well! No signs of wear and tear yet, it still purrs right along.

I just moved into my dad's old house and he had one back in the closet. Not sure of what kind, but I know it has to be old, because it doesn't move by itself. It is the one where you have to run on it to make it go. I know that sounds silly, but it seems to work better, because it is inclined and it takes more to move it rather than just running on it.

I found the 15.5 S Treadmill at Wal-Mart Besides it being a Roll Back price, it had a couple features that really appealed to me.

1. It folds up for easier storage. I don't have the space for anything huge.
2. It supports up 20 275lbs (the weight I was when I bought it)

This treadmill has a 10,000 steps goal (you can increase/decrease that). It has a built in fan that has 2 speeds. Up to 10% incline, 10mph.

Unfortunately you will have to put it together, but that wasn't that difficult (except towards the end when you need another person, and you have to screw in the 2 small grounding screws)

Does anyone have a treadmill that can support 350 lbs? I am looking for one that does not cost an arm and leg. My dh wants to use it too, but he's 350. I don't want to spend the money on something that could break. You know?
