I am starting to train for a triathlon, so my mileage won’t be as high as previous months since I’m planning to split my workouts between running/walking, biking and swimming. However, I still want to get 80 miles in for the month – so LET’S DO IT!!!!
January Goal = 80 miles
Miles Completed = 5 (run/walk = 3/2)
Miles to Go = 75
I have a long business trip mid-month and will be out of town for 2 weeks. Then, at the end of the month I have a weekend away with my girlfriends from my book club (7 ladies in a beachfront condo in St. Augustine, FL – I can’t wait!!). So my month is pretty full, but I’m determined to meet my goal.
