Hi Everyone, I'm new and starting over. I tried South Beach about 2 years ago and did pretty well but lost my motivation so I'm back up to being 25 pounds too heavy and not physically feeling well at this weight. Not sure yet if I am going to do South Beach again, I am mostly resolved to exercising and getting back into physical shape and hoping with some andorfins I won't be relying on Starbucks and Chocolate to deal with Stress! I consume way too much of both. Looking forward to finding a support group here! I work from home am 37 and married with 3 kids.
Funny you should say that (regarding thems initial post). I, too, work from home and drink waaaay too much Starbucks!! I'm also married with 2 kids. I have about 65 lbs to lose (which I gained during the past 18 months) I am in worst shape now than when I had my last child 7 years ago! It's discusting.
