Sooo - here we are Jan. 1, 2007. I got out of bed early even though everyone else is off today and did a 2 mile walk and some ab work. AND I abstained from the fattening breakfast I made for my family. Instead, I ate a grapefruit, egg whites, and skim milk. No, I don't feel deprived. Originally Posted by MissH
