Hello,

My name is Mama Jo to one of my granddaughters so I will use that name here.

My sister and I are both going to start the New Year with another 'try' at getting some 'extra' pounds off...I need to lose 28 pounds and my goal is to do this my September 5, 2007.

I joined this site to give my sister and anyone else who wants to join our thread support and of course to receive it for myself.

We need to find the right place for us so any one with good advice please let us know which 'thread' we should attach ourselves to?

It shows you on right now...at least I think that is what it means...we will have to learn to use this site...sounds good...tomorrow is weight in day and the beginning of a new start and a most sucessful time doing it....Must get weight off these bones or else. I am reading more of my South Beach Book to get more ideas....I love you sis and Happy New Year...
