    Lunch: Can of Healthy Choice Split Pea and ham soup

    Snack: Banana

    Dinner: Minestrone soup (made Core); Marinara over ww pasta, mushrooms

    Snack: Can of waxed beans

    Snack: Core SF/FF hot chocolate
  • BF - 2 boiled eggs, coffee
    lunch - LO couscous and shrimp, small salad
    snack - apple
    dinner - grilled chicken, baked potatoe and greenbeans
    snack - pear if needed.
