Whole Foods Menu 12/27

  • I took dd shopping today to spend her Christmas money so today, while not perfect, is turning out OK.
    B-greek omelet
    L-Olive Garden (2 bowls minestrone, 1 bread stick, 3 bites cheese cake)
    S-green tea
    D-1oz baked scoops, 1 C chili (homemade, beans only), 1oz cheddar cheese
    S-deciding if I need one
  • B-Cheerios w/ soymilk, OJ, coffee w/ skim, giant banana
    S-frosted shredded wheat bites
    L(part 1)-Tomato soup, couple bites of string cheese, a little bit of leftover mashed potato made without a lot of fat, couple bites of leftover stovetop stuffing
    L(part 2)-whole wheat tortilla w/ leftover round steak, spinach & mustard, way too many squares of dark chocolate
    S-Fiber One cereal
    S-junky granola bar
    D-pasta w/ marinara, meatballs, & parmesan cheese, couple more squares of dk chocolate
    S-cheerios, orange

    about 2100 calories. I need to get my butt on my bike after I finish this orange.

  • B: Smoothie: 1/2c Berry Blend juice, 1/2c organic lf yogurt, 1 scoop soy protein powder, 1tsp flaxseed oil, 1/2 raspberries/blueberries, 1tsp honey, 1 slice whole wheat toast w/1tblsp peanut butter

    L: Turkey noodle soup (homemade w/turkey, broth, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions, egg noodles)

    S: Cottage cheese lf 4oz cup, raisins, 2 dark chocolate squares

    D: Spinach salad w/green onions, snap peas, broccoli, cauliflower, dried cranberries, 2 tsp olive oil, red wine vinegar, 1/2 Qdoba vegetarian burrito

    S: 2 mini milky ways

    My AF is due in the next day or two hence the chocolate cravings!
