Wednesday Menu - 12/27/6

  • Here is my plans for today:
    BF - shredded wheat, skim milk, banana
    lunch - core chili, apple, maybe a small salad
    snack - pineapple
    dinner - shrimp, brown rice and veggie
    snack - apple if needed, or maybe just tea.
  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, banana, skim equal

    Lunch: Oatmeal made with skim, double serving of peaches cooked in

    Dinner: Not sure. Probably steak and a potato with salad. Last dinner out for the holidays.
  • b--oatmeal, a few raisins, ff milk, splenda, butter buds
    l--applebee's chicken/rice/broccoli
    s--ww brownies
    d--core potato soup/biscuit
    s--granola bar

    almost everything was core--but not quite. total pts for the day=25 so i used 3 wpa's.
  • B: All Bran, banana, lf milk
    L: More of yesterday's beef, vegetable soup
    D: 1 chicken breast, salad, veggies

    Snacks: apples, clementines, lf yogurt
