I know you'll all agree that we are really thankful for the free services here at 3FC. The sisters offer all of this support and information with no charges to us. There are a couple of ways though that we can help out.
If you are thinking about buying anything at Amazon, why not help out 3FC at the same time? You can do this by clicking on the button for the Amazon "store" in the upper right hand corner of the screen on the PURPLE tool bar. A portion of your purchase price will be given to 3FC by Amazon. It doesn't increase your price at all, but it does help out 3FC. You can use any of the Amazon.com links that you see on the site in order to help contribute to the site.
Also, BTW, in case you didn't know it, you can view the message boards "ad free" for a minimal charge. I think it's like $15 for 6 months. A very small investment to be rid of the annoying ads and make your pages load quicker.
There have been some concerns expressed by the powers that be about copyright infringement. So please, if you are directly quoting someone else or printing an article in whole or in part, please give credit where credit is due!!!!

, My house is a disaster from the holidays. It is going to be a good day
, go to the scrapbook store to check out the sales and sign up for a card-making class I want to do, come home and do laundry and clean house a little bit. Tomorrow should be a lazier day and then it's back to work on Thursday where I will be busy busy busy til March or so.

). It will be a really easy week since no one else is around--I like to save my vacation time for when I really need a break, but this week is pretty much a break anyway. There are literally only 5 of us here today for my group (out of our usual 15-20). But hey, it gives me time to post on here
It had been there for about 2 weeks, and I hadn't touched it at all, but last night, I caved.
I'm sure you have this down and will do well.
It's been nearly two years since I started this journey. 'bout time I finished it.
I ate way too much and never got to the yoga dvd's. Ah well. Try, try again. I got up this morning and did 15 minutes or so instead of the usual 10 and brought a healthy snack and lunch with me. And today starts my "diet week" anyway. It's also WI too - NOT something I'm looking forward to - but I suppose it has to be done!

And...ready for a bigger shock? I don't plan on quitting! 

I know I wouldn't be able to even resist frozen fudge. I did allow myself some of my mother's fudge on Christmas weekend, but no way could I take any home with me! You're very strong to keep your hand out of that freezer
