Easy & fantastically healthy salad!

  • 3 cups spinach or baby greens
    1 tablespoon mixed organic nuts and seeds (incl sunflower)
    1/2 cup chickpeas (drained from a can)

    Throw them all together and mix with a little italian or balsamic vinegar dressing. SOOO easy! And so good for you, nutritionally.
