  • Hey there guys. I've already used up a bunch of points and don't want to get too crazy trying to figure out what's left.

    Morning (after 12 mile walk) (9)
    banana - 2, cof -1, 1/2 bagel - 2, crm cheese - 2, lox - 2

    Midday (4)
    Chicken - 3, 1 fruit - 1

    snack (2)
    1/2 bag popcorn - 2 pts

    Evening (10)
    wine - 2, chicken - 3, sauce - 5

    Total - 27 - 2 activity pts = 25

    Exercise - 3 hrs = 12 activity points earned

    I think I would be consuming way more points than you, you are showing great restraint.

    After last night's tired eating, I am trying to get back on track.

  • Not my best day, but pretty good with a pot luck lunch at the farm where I am part of a CSA. I had a lot of fun. Lot of great conversation. Lot of great food too. But on the bright side, I stayed away from the cakes and other dessert even with DH eating piece after piece of banana bread.
