So i decided that instead of having one really big goal i will just make a mini one that way i dont get discouraged so easily! so My goal for the month of January is to lose 10lbs or even 5lbs wouldnt be so bad! i have started this website since september i believe and havent lost a lb but i am learning about my self and hopefully this small goal wont fail.
By the way how do you make a signature not for your weight but for your mini-goal?
