Hello! I have been visiting this site for awhile now, but decided to participate. I tend to lurk in the background and only speak up when I really have something to say. I am a diabetic and dieting is hard with insulin. I diet, my BGL gets messed up and doc ups my insulin. Which is a growth hormone. Not good to lose weight with. But I keep trying and have lost some. Need a lot more to go and just keep trying! Thats all any of us can do!

I take prednisone for sarcoidosis so I can hear you. You've done great to lose 30lb. I would be ecstatic!
