OK, so this is not super super exciting, but I decided to put on the same shirt as last year and get in front of the tree again on the eve of declaring a 25 lb weight loss victory. Only about 1/3 of the way to goal, but exciting for me just the same! Here goes:

you can totally tell a difference! Your shirt is looser and your neck looks thinner! Keep up the good work :-)
