Whole Foods Menu 12/20

  • B-brown rice, flax seed, honey & cinnamon
    L-vegetable soup, half turkey sandwich on ww, orange
    S-kashi granola bar, few walnuts
    D-fish, brown rice, broccoli, berries w/yogurt
    S-dark chocolate, tea

    I'm determined to have a better day today - which shouldn't be too hard!

    B: cheerios w/1 oz walnuts, flax seed, 1% milk, slice of the homemade Christmas bread

    L: turkey sandwich on ww, lettuce, tomato, mustard

    S:

    D: Soup dinner at church. I've made beef stew that I know is healthy, low-cal. We'll see what else is on offer. (3 people signed up to provide soup).
  • Not so bad, not so great.

    B-cheerios w/ soymilk, banana, OJ, coffee w/ skim
    S-nf plain yogurt w/ all fruit spread (jelly, basically)
    L-leftover chicken & bell pepper fajita w/ whole wheat tortillas, pineapple, orange
    S-carrots, cauliflower & hummus
    S-cookies (!!), chocolate (not dark)--my slip for the day, but it wasn't a huge one
    S-dk chocolate
    D-spinach & mushroom salad w/ homemade honey-mustard dressing, cheese ravioli w/ marinara

    I'm getting hungry so I'm going to have a small snack before bed. That'll put me at about 2000 calories for the day. I'm done with work for the year, so that gets rid of a lot of office tempations.
