  • Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Bran, skim, double serving of peaches, equal

    Lunch: Can of Healthy Choice Split Pea and Ham soup

    Snack: Banana

    Dinner: Chicken roasted in my Shotwime Rotisserie, Core Mashed potatoes (a very small serving for me), corn

    Snack: A smoothie or a hot cup of tea with milk
