Tuesday Planning

  • I realize this isn’t the best plan however I’m trying to use up what is left in my fidge and not thaw anything else because today is my last day in town. On that not I probable wont be planning for the next week and a half because I’ll be at my Mom’s so I wont be cooking. However she does know my eating habits and is going to take them in to consideration when she is cooking (even if it is making something special for me). Happy Holidays and happy planning.

    B: Sugar free apple cinnamon oatmeal
    L: Egg sandwich (2 piece wheat bread, scrambled egg beaters, fat free cheese), pretzels
    D: French toast with an apple or orange (I haven’t decided yet)
    S: 100-Cal popcorn bag and ice cream sandwich (this is my treat for surviving my finals without binging when I've wanted to make and eat all the cookies everyday for the last 3 weeks. I’m going to make 2 sugar free break and bake chocolate chip and use ¼ cup sugar free ice cream then I am going to freeze the rest of the cookies dough in pairs)

    WO: Walking 20 or 40 minutes
    Water: 3 Liters
  • B: 2 egg whites, 8 oz skim milk
    Sn: 1 orange, 6 almonds
    L: fresh spinach salad, w/ chicken, hard boiled egg, and ff ranch. 5 olives, green pepper strips
    Sn: 3 oz baby carrots, 1 low fat string cheese
    D: 4 oz sirloin steak, 2 c broccoli

    WO: 1 hour weights, 45 minutes Turbo kick class
  • B: 3 egg white w/ mushroom omlete and ff milk
    S: banana and almonds
    L: whole wheat wrap w/ turkey, feta cheese, and lettuce
    S: mango and cottage cheese
    D: boiled shrimp w/ cocktail sauce and guacamole salad
