  • It's really been helping and holding me a little more accountable when I post my food here. I've been thinking twice before I put something in my mouth.

    B: Smoothie: 1/2c berry blend juice, 2/3c. lowfat kefir, 2/3c frozen berries, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tsp flax oil, 1 slice oatbran bread w/1tbls peanut butter

    S: Hard boiled egg, green mint tea w/honey, carrots w/salsa

    L: 1/2c bulgur wheat, 2oz canned salmon, spinach, 1oz avocado, tomato, 1tsp olive oil, 1 square dark chocolate

    D: Burrito: 1oz chicken, 1/2c beans, whole wheat tortilla, avocado, 1oz cheese, tomato, 1tbls sour cream, salsa

    S: Hot chocolate: 1c vanilla soymilk, diet swiss miss packet, 2tbls light mint whipped cream
