Is juice allowed in phase one? Do I need a juicer if I want juice? Can I get some 100% concentrate juice?

The reason I ask is in the past I am ok without coffee in the morning if I can substitute with oj.

According to another forum where Dr. Ian sometimes answers questions, the only juice you can have is fresh-squeeze OJ, and a limit of 8 oz/1 cup per day.

I bought some 100% juice anyway. I don't have time for the squeezin'. Just make sure it has no additives of any kind!

You can have any type of fresh squeezed juice. I like grapefruit juice.

One more question.....

The commissary is not opened tomorrow and I forgot the egg whites.....can I use regular eggs until Tuesday. I am starting this plan tomorrow.

You can just use the whites of the egg and throw the yolk away. I just crack the egg and keep dumping it back and forth between the two shells until only the yolk is left in the shells and the white is in the bowl. Does that make sense?? lol. I could show you a lot better.. It is kinda hard to explain on here.

Just remember that when you crack the egg... don't let the yolk fall into the bowl. Just the white part.
