I'm a little late on the draw this week, I almost forgot to post this week's health food!

For the fourth I bought a max pack of these (4 Qty @ Sam's club) rubbed some olive oil on them with garlic and onion salt, sprinkle of parsley flakes and grilled them Sooo yummy! They where a bigger hit than the burgers everyone else was eating!

That sounds soooooo good.

I'm crazy about mushrooms. I love grilled portabellos (sp?) as well.
