It's that time to let everyone know how the struggle goes this week! Everyone is welcome to join this general weigh in thread. Simply jump in whenever you general weigh in day rolls around!
Me: 202.5, down 1.5 pounds from last week. Finally! A truly decent week. After a long period of struggle during the holidays, it's nice to see that I actually can lose weight again. I knew that this would happen, but it's still nice to see.
I couldn't weigh today like normal because at the gym this morning the scale wasn't plugged in. I asked the girl behind the desk about it (all 90 lbs of her), and she said cheerily "it's broken, it was about 10 pounds off, so someone has to come in to fix it."
It was all I could do not to grab her and shake her, demanding "10 pounds which way? 10 pounds which way?"
No real weigh in today because I just started on Monday Anyways, thought I would just check in and I'll weigh in again on Monday hoping for wonderful results of course.
I lost 5 lbs. in the last week or so! Wow, cutting out white bread, pasta and white rice really helps...and adding that protein in (even though I'm not too fond of meat) is really helping me feel full longer!

Annie - Yay! So good to see your work paying off, finally.
I'm up .5 to 168.5 this week. Sigh. I'm changing up my workouts this week - a little less cardio and some regular weight lifting. Hopefully, that will be enough to shake things up and tet the scale moving again.
