Well, if the scale continues to do what it seems to be doing I won't have to change my siggie this week Went to the baseball game last night and of course froze. Silly DD (youngest) wore capri's and froze worse than I did! So we only stayed for an hour. That's ok, that gave them time to come home, warm up, eat a snack and then it was off to bed. Oldest DD had homework. I'm looking forward to this weekend. I'm determined to stay OP. Tomorrow I'll be doing walking--going to a Civil war (or around that time period) reenactment. Those are usually fun to walk around. Hope you all have a great weekend!!!

I've still been OP, too. What a great feeling! I ate too much last night, but all of it was LC. That's better than a big sugar binge, right?!? OK. I'm sure it's still bad, but there are worse alternatives... It doesn't seem to have affected my weight this morning.

DH and I have a softball game tonight -- we play on a church co-ed team. We always have fun, but we almost always lose. I'm all about just having fun, but it would be nice to win just once in awhile. We won one game last season (out of 10). So far this season, we've won one by forfeit and lost one. Hopefully, we can win one legitimately tonight!

Don't have much planned for the weekend... hopefully, just enjoying the nice weather with a trip to the beach.

Hey girlies....

how are things around this pop stand?...I've gotta get on more often, just been so busy! DD is in the talent show dancing the can-can and DH is furiously working on his 46 pick up since the show circuit started....me, Im pluggin along just waiting for the school year to end...getting ready for the trip to Ireland in a few weeks...

Hi guys it looks to be a good week for folks staying OP. I did manage to keep within my carb levels, and eat much less.

I will say that I enjoyed a huge lunch fried haddock and clams. nothing else, but it sure was yummy!! I will do it again next week.
