Default what can I do with dry cottage cheese?

besides throw it out. I think we dont have ff c. cheese here in Vancouver so I bought this stuff, but it aint gonna cut it as a yummy snack. What do you do with it.

Cool

I cut up a small tomato and put the cottage cheese over that, then I sprinkle some dried roasted garlic over that. Not exciting, but it makes a decent snack or first course. Also maybe some green onions and a little balsamic vinegar.

Does dry cottage cheese have another name? I don't think I've ever heard of it if not.
