I did not meet my goal for September but I am going to go for 1400 minutes in September.

Goal: 1400 minutes
Minutes so far: 1180 minutes

Me either Pearlrose, but we are still doing more to make ourselves healthier, more active and consistency pays off in the long run. We may not be perfect, but we are determined!!!!

1 55 min cycling indoors 10 miles
2 2 miles walking
3 2 miles walking
4 45 min indoor cycling 10 miles (hill climbing)
5 rest
6 1 hr 20 min cycling 17 miles (really big hills lol)
7. 5000 steps
8 55 min indoor cycling 11 miles
9
10 50 min indoor cycling 10 miles
18 5 hrs 10 min cycling 83 miles
19 much needed rest lol
20 2 hrs 10 min cycling 28 miles

Thumbs up Exercise Challenge...I'm in!!!

Hello everyone
I'm definitely up for this challenge. It will keep me accountable and exercise no matter how much I groan, always makes me feel happy and smaller. I'm going to aim high and workout 5x / week with at least 2 of those days doing double workouts. This is my time of year for EVERYTHING so I go big or go home. Cheers to y'all too!

Hello All
Managed to do a 65 min power walk and a 45 min spin class for double workout today. I'm pretty beat but feel really good. I'm going to try my 2nd double workout day on Saturday so that will be 2 as I said I would...hopefully
I hope y'all were able to get your workout in too!
