Default I did 10 Min but it means the world to me

So this morning I woke up and did the first 10 min of my Kettle bell DVD workout and I only stopped once (mainly to dry my sweaty hands). I am so happy about this. Now I am sure most people would this it isn't important but it means the world to me.

I just had to share with someone that I did it

Way to go! That is huge and the most important thing is that it makes you feel wonderful. I know that I'm still at the entry level stage for exercising, but I go every day and I'm gradually building up. Just realizing that you want to do this and CAN is a big step in giving us the drive to stick to the plan.

Good for you!!! What did you think of the kettlebell? I think I'm starting a kettlebell routine today, and the only time I've picked one up is then I took it out of the mail order box.

Oh my god - I just did 5 sets of 16 Russian swings and it kicked my $&@! I could only do half of my regular cardio workout afterward. It definitely works muscles I haven't worked much before.

Kettlebells are brutal and evil and you're going to love it! Great job, I know a couple of bodybuilders who were left in tears after their first kettlebell workouts.

It was just the into work out but still I am happy that I even did that. Most times I kind of walk away from that.

I found mine on Clearance at Target for $8 (70%off) and took a chance since it came with a DVD as well. I thought it was great. The video I did (Go Fit I think) did a good job of explaining things and had modifications and telling people to take breaks. I only have a 7lb kettlebell for now. It gave me a nice work out for 10 min. I did notice that I may need gloves because my hands got sweaty and the last thing I need is for it to fly out of my hands and into my TV.

Oh the one thing I did notice is that she would say things like thumb to your collarbone and elbow at your rib which couldn't always be done because there were bits and pieces in the way. But I did the best I could. Sorry so long Just happy I did it and right now I am that happy kind of sore.
