Good morning everyone. I hope everyone has a great OP Monday!

I had a busy weekend of football and pom/cheerleading competition this weekend. My daughters squad won first place in her division so they will compete at state!

I am ready for a great day after an emotionally bad weekend. Trying to stay positive. Playing tennis and seeing friends always helps.

Good Monday Morning to you ALL!!!

Congrats to your daughter and her squad, that is awesome.

Going to attempt to stay home today and get more stuff done around the house. The next 4 days will be run, run, run. So going to enjoy today. I was up early at 3:45 to get my husband up and out the door, he had to travel today for meetings. Went back to sleep, got up at 5:45 to get my son up and out the door. So now it is a quarter after six, still dark out and I am thinking about finding my way back to my bed for a bit!

Hope everyone has a great 100% OP day!

Sorry to hear that - hope today brings you a few extra reasons to smile

Today's a busy one for us too - after I bring hubby to school I have to run my MIL to her doc's appointment for bloodwork, then after I drop her off at home need to pick hubby up from school so I can be back in time to get DS from kindergarten. Then it's off to work for me after a week's vacation. Planning ahead is going to be key since I have no idea if we'll have time to breathe for lunch. Bringing some cut veggies and a bar with me for lunch, and a few bottles of water!

I would suggest journaling. What makes you want to eat? What stresses you out?

Why are you not able to get back on IP plan, what do you need to do to get back on the plan?

Hope this helps you

ragdoll - congrats to your daughter!

Meandmax - hang in there, is something pulling your focus away? Maybe you need to mentally prepare - if you're falling off daily, maybe give yourself a few days of diet "rest" and then hit it hard? There have been times where I just needed to "get it out of my system" and then I was able to refocus.

scorbett - good luck with that schedule

I'm having a "grumpy" day, have no idea why but at least I'm warning people

Hi and good morning everyone! Here's to my Friday today and hoping it is a good one. Wanting the next 3 days to go by quickly, hubby has been hunting since Wednesday and it's getting rough being a single parent and shuttling kids to everything and trying to work 12 hour days! So much respect for those who do it all the time! Have a great OP day!

Hi all!!!

I am back and in need of a reboot and tough love. I only have 10lbs until goal. Over the past two weeks I have not been good about measuring and probably have eaten twice as much meat as I should. I increased my workouts and have found myself MUCH hungrier than normal. On top of that, I had a few glasses of red wine over the weekend. The results show. In 2 weeks, I only lost .6lbs.

So here I am, ready to be 100% OP one day at a time.

Hi everyone. I just lowered my goal weight from 150 down to 132. That will be 100 lbs lost and I still have some belly fat to get rid of but quite a bit of loose skin too. I'll see how I feel as I go. WI today but 145.2 on my scale, always lower than the coaches on carpet. Have a good Monday!

Oh...I went back to bed and slept a few more hours in a quiet house...it was glorious!

Sounds like everyone is having a typical Monday...eh. Craziness. Why must we have Monday every week?

I was going to clean out chicken coops today, but the wind is howling here today, so I think I will stay inside and do some more house work that didn't get done this weekend. Gonna go have my breakfast now...3 hours late...hehehehehe

Hi everyone...WI today with a different coach. Kind of awkward, she was questioning why My usual coach would tell me to eat hb egg white each hour over 4 hours between meals ( sometimes because of work, i go up to 6 hours). When I told her that I have my snack around 4 pm since I eat dinner so late (7-8p), she told me that packet is just telling my body to not starve/burn lean mass, not to 'hold me over' until dinner, and rhat I need to eat dinner at an earlier time. That doesnt even make sense to me.

Oh well, I have consistently lost up until this week, so I am going to continue what Ive been doing and f/u next week with my regular coach.

This week I gained 1 lb, not sure how, possibly had too much steak this week, maybe too fatty?

Have a great day everyone!!

Congrats to those to had a successful weekend. I made it too! But it is alot harder on the weekends.

To those who had an ooops...remember why you started this journey. Search within yourself and make the decision that is best for you, both mentally and physically.

I am making crock pot soup today. Fall is in the air and it sounds really good. I am also just getting ready to make an english muffin. They are my all time favorite. I love them with WF peanut butter and jelly.
