Angry Some Questions... and ponderings...

Hey y'all!

Greetings from the sunny south, where according to my WeatherBug, it's 81 degrees!

I am new to this forum, but not new to 3FC (I'm active with the journal part). Anyway, I'm back on track with my low carb diet but have some questions...

I think I should incorporate more fruit and veggies into my diet. How can I do this and still stay low carb? Maybe TSP would e good for me...?

Also, I've been on it for awhile (since October) and have lost weight. My blood sugar has done much better. I just don't seem to be "energized" like other people say they are. Am I not eating te right foods? Maybe I need more supplements? I take Vitamin C, a multi-vitamin, and calcium.

Any suggestions (or pointing me to threads that have already covered this) would be greatly appreciated!

Hello stcsmk!

I am wondering what plan you are following? Some low carb plans do allow for fruit and fibre much more so than others. Many people find that when following a low carb plan it is best to get a potassium/magnessium supplement in every day as it helps with energy levels and body aches. Hope this helps you!

I'm not really following any particular plan. I guess if I was it would be protein power. I'm just trying to stay under 40 carbs a day...

Welcome fellow South Carolinian! Your program sounds sensible and I hope you're enjoying it, congrats on your loss!
