aideh shomah mobarak, back atcha.

falooda?

is that paludeh?

typically, its rice with green herbs, herbed fritatta, white fish and sometime a soup.

followed by pastries

i'm going the fusion, i'm leaving the country the next morning and i want my buds to take the food from my house dinner.

Falooda is this drink that the Irani Zoroastrians and Parsis in India have on new year. It's made with these seeds (the name just escaped me) that are soaked and are crunchy and berry-like mixed with milk, sugar and rose water and served with heaps of vanilla ice cream (and the crowd I know also always has potato chips with it). So delicious!!!! Haven't had a good falooda for years though...
