I had a great weigh in, I ate on plan and got outside for a little exercise with my daughter. I've been sick with bronchitis, but I feel like i'm getting better, and might be able to get back to the gym soon.
But most of all I feel like I got this. Like losing weight is not the big, scary, impossible task that I thought it was. I feel like I have enough momentum going that there's no turning back now.
That's amazing for you! Good to hear you're getting better.
Today I feel determined. I've eaten terribly, in fact, I've eaten terribly all week. But I have now planned and made my meals for tomorrow. I've scheduled in more than enough time for exercise, so no excuses. I'm determined that tomorrow will be better than today!
Congrats Micki, I'm glad you're feeling hopeful and like this is something you can do. Remember this feeling on any 'off days' you have, and I'm sure you'll get through 'em.
I think I'm feeling pretty hopeful today, too. I kicked major butt in my work-outs today, and my son took his first steps. I feel (as cheesey as it sounds) like life is going on, and for the first time in awhile I'm participating instead of just watching.
