Default Anyone using LoseIt app?

Hello!

Does anyone use the app LoseIt? I LOVE the app! I started using it 2 years ago before grad school and it really helped me to lose 30 lbs. I know there's an option to have friends on there, kind of an accountability option. Would anyone like to become LoseIt friends?

I downloaded it, and then forgot to start using it! LOL. I heard that it can sync with FitBit. If it does that, and I like it, I might start using it, because the FitBit "app" isn't all that great, and sometimes I would like to log my calories on the phone.

I have lost about 20 pounds with the loose it app so far. I am at 1573 calories at this point for 1. 5 pounds a week calorie deficit. I am wondering if I should change my budget at all and loose less per week. I have been feeling a little hungry this week. I am trying to give up a little sugar and add in more veggies.

Default used it but have found a newer program i like better

I used it For a couple of months and was doing a great job at losing weight. Then I "got too busy" to keep track if my foods. I fell off track and gained about 25 lbs. Just recently, I started using My Fitness Pal. it is basically the same thing. You can scan the UPC and add the food that way. It's cool.

Yeah I have My Fitness Pal too, but I'm so used to lose it that I went back. Lose It has updated lately, and you can now scan bar codes as well. The only thing I wish that lose it had that my fitness pal does have is the ability to plan a day ahead. I emailed lose it to let them know about my thoughts on the product and they said they would look into it. ....we'll see about that haha.

dstalksalot: Try out the calorie budget for another week. If you still don't feel satisfied, bump it up a bit.
