Scales wernt budging so went for the photo approach
I posted in week about how ive kept to my eating plan (ww) and ive been working out loads this week 5 times of taebo dvds. and no loss
Anyhow a bit disheartened that after all my work ive had no results so i decided to take some pics to see if i could see any change with my naked eye.
Initially i looked and was going to delete i still looked the same to me ........but obviously all psychological as when i compared to my first pic at my heaviest i can see quite a change ive only lost 22lbs and have a long way to go but when the scales let you down go for a different approach , or even measure.
