My Ideal Me, finally found with the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program. I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. I am Italian so I am predisposed to being a little bottom heavy and growing up on pasta and bread. Not that that is a bad thing but it probably didn’t create the best eating habits for me as an adult. I of course tried everything under the sun to get the weight off and as I got older; I am in my late thirty’s I realized it wasn’t as easy as it once was to lose weight. My brother introduced me to a man by the name of Al who pretty much changed my life. I liked him right of the bat because my father’s name is AL and he reminded me a little of him to, very, strong yet soft spoken and a father figure through my journey.

I remember I was having a really bad day and week heck month for that matter. I was 50lbs over weight and I had just left a company that I had been with for 5 years and wasn’t quite sure what my step in life and my career would be. He sensed that I was in a bad way and reassured me that he could help because getting healthy effects all aspects of your life…mind, body, spirit… really. I reluctantly agreed to start the program but I figured what do I have to lose except all this fat! Ha. I was about 3 weeks into the program and quickly realized that this method really does work. I lost 14.2lbs in that time and I was on fire. I had so much energy, I was confident, my hair and skin looked great; like it was rejuvenating itself! Al coached me along the way with positive motivation and reinforced why I did this in the first place. Needless to say I ended up hitting my goal by actually losing over 50lbs, try 63lbs in 21 weeks safely... no drugs, no shots!!! I am fitting into clothes that I wore 5 years ago and buying new clothes 6 sizes smaller then I was when I started the program. I went from a 16/18 to size 10/12. Besides losing the weight I got healthy which should always be the focus…my blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose are perfect!

I believe that this truly does work. MY LAST DIET! Now I help other people to reach their goals and feel as amazing as I do. Your life does not get better by chance it gets better by change. Please let me know if you would like more information about getting on the program.

You have had an amazing journey! Congratulations! All of us on Ideal protein, I think can say the same about it working, the health benefits and overall feeling good about yourself. This diet was reccomended by my family physician who has had much success with referring his patients, they are no longer diabetic, bllod pressure are normal and cholesteral is amazing. This is the last diet you will ever be on if you are ready to be focused.
