Default Starbucks caramel macchiato lovers.....

Iced caramel macchiatos from Starbucks are one of my biggest weaknesses. I was super worried about how I would even go to the store that carries WF because that is where my favorite Starbucks is located. *I've been going in the back door so I don't even have to walk past it!*

Well, this morning I mixed coffee, WF caramel syrup, and a little bit of a vanilla shake (I use Atkins like I've said before) in a coffee mug and it was incredible hot so I took the remainder of the shake and the caramel syrup and made an iced coffee. I found a match! Love it! Thank the Lord I don't have to think about Starbucks anymore!

So if you like Starbucks like I do, I highly suggest trying it.

Let me know what you think! I always get scared to post recipes in case people don't like it as well as I do but this was pretty darn good. It took me way longer to drink that just having the shake itself too. I made it about 9 and wasn't done until about 10:30. I am just now making lunch because I had to remind myself I have to have something. Not near as hungry as I've been every other day at lunch time!

I make iced coffees with one ounce milk and torani sugar free sweetner or torani sugar free vanilla. You can then drizzle the walden farms over ice as well. I also freeze decaf coffee into cups and blend them with a cappacino package for a coffee smoothie....

Please put your recipe on the Sticky's IP Recipes, too. I will be able to find it again when I get the WF Caramel sent to me.
Thank you again these are my favorite!!!

Oooh! I have got to try that! Do you crush the ice in the blender or just have the ice floating in it? I am thinking of trying it in the blender...

I just got my order of WF, so I am definitely going to try this tomorrow. Quick question- when you use your shake in your coffee, do you count it as a packet for the day? Or do you not really use that much?

I always have a shake for breakfast so I count it. I just get to have 2 pretty big cups of coffee instead of a shake alone. It lasts me a few hours since it makes 2 probably 20oz cups if I do it hot. If I do it cold I don't think I use as much coffee cause I just get one large cup then.

I am soooo excited about this! I am getting my first order of WF tomorrow -- which includes the carmel, chocolate and marshmello! Thanks so much for this thread as I was a Starbucks junkie! I've been going through SB withdrawal since starting IP. This is funny -- but I'm actually looking forward to Monday -- and all because I can have a coffee with WF carmel and a little vanilla mix! Woo Hoo!

I'm definately going to try this. I'm on week 2 and have lost 12.2 1bs total but I do miss my coffee with cream especially carmel. I have a question... Are we only suppose have a cup of coffee in the AM.. or can I have decaf later in the day? Thanks.
