Default popcorn???

I am trying to figure out points for mircowave ACT 11 LITE BUTTER POPCORN.The nutrution label is so confusing.

servings per bag about 4.5
calories per serving are 30
fat 1g
fiber less then 1

If I EAT THE WHOLE BAG I AM COUNTING 3 PTS.Could that be true?? Popcorn really was never mt favorite, but if it is that low in pts,it might become a favorite, lol. Just wondering if I am right about the points. THANKS

I don't believe I have than one in my file however you need to look and read very closely for the number of cups popped the bag makes and the nutritional info for 1 cup popped. I believe that ACTII is like 4 or 5 points per bag.

Thanks for answering my question,I am going to the supermarket later and going to look at the different varieties.I hope I can find a kind with 2 pts.per bag.I read a lot of people eat mircowave popcorn for 2 pts. so I'll have to look it.

Try to find Healthy Pop (99% fat free) popcorn. My DH and I love it. I think it's only 2 pts. for the whole bag. Good luck.

i remember a few years back that the act II 94% fat free type named popcorn was about 3 or 4 points for the bag. i'd always get that and a diet coke for lunch/snack at school. i could never find it in stores though...only in the vending machines.

Thanks,Trixiepup. I think I forgot to mention above that it is ACT11 LITE. It says 30 calories per popped cup.

Anyway I bought, plain Healty Choice popcorn and plan on trying iy with a bit of that zero cal butter spray. BTW,Costco Price Club is where I bought the ACT11 LITE popcorn about 1-2 months ago
