I'm Addie and I'm new to 3FC and I wanted to say hello and introduce myself
. I have been battling with my weight for most of my life. It has always been one diet or another, followed by a period of giving up and putting myself back to where I was again (usually with a bit more weight on top of what I initially weighed).
During the second week of April, I realized I needed to change my life. Another Summer was coming and I felt stuck in the house - unable to walk as much as I wanted, unable to fit into movie theater seats, and unable to do the little things that make life easier. From a sedentary lifestyle, I was in pain just doing the little things in life - showering, etc.
So, I started following the Weight Watchers plan at home. This worked for some time and then my weight slowed and I switched to Wonderslim. My weight has slowed on that program now, as well, and I find myself in need of support and this looks like a wonderful place to start
.
At times, this seems like an endless journey and no matter how defeated I may feel at times, I hope this time is "it." I look forward to getting to know you guys and sharing support on our mutual journeys!
