I started this diet January 25 and have already lost 4 pounds! I want to know if anyone else is on this and has some tips or anything that makes taking it easier. What i have done:
I mix teaspoon apple cidar vinegar and 2 tablespoons of honey with water, usally in a water bottle so I can take it to work. I drink half of the bottle 20 minutes before eating and drink the rest while eating. I have dropped cokes completely and exercise atleast 30 minutes a day, 10 minutes being intense aerobics. The exercise isn't a problem because I have always done this it's the drinkin the mix... My boss actually loss 120 pounds on this diet so I really want to stick with it!!
