I'm in about the same place. I lost 30 lbs last fall , maintained through christmas, and have now added 5-7lbs back on. Now that the weather is warmer, and clothes are more revealing, i can see just how much i've let it go. I've been continuing to eat the way i was (crappy)for a few days and tracking my calories and i have been eating like over 2000 cals/day which is too high for me. I want to get it back down to less than 1600/day and start working out regularly again. (i've done a fairly good job at this since last week.)
I went and bought myself a new workout outfit, that included a tank top and shorts and a new hot pink sports bra. I also got both of Jillian Michaels new dvds. Plus the guilt was eating away at me that i hadn't used our 900$ elliptical since december. I swore i wouldn't do that

Seems to be working.
Usually when i have to restart my weight loss i find if i start with just focusing on the working out part, the eating healthy is much easier. i still have to count calories. I always seem to eat more than i remember , i use calorie count , but have used sparkpeople in the past.
