Default Fat Resistance Diet

Hello all,

Have anyone heard of or tried the Fat Resistance Diet? It seems to be based on sound research about inflammation and the effect of Leptin on the body. I'm really encouraged by the approach, but wanted to see if anyone has any experience with it....?

Yes this diet is one of the most delicious that I've tasted. It is very Mediterrenean inspired. Lots of olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, green onions, apples, nuts, Canola oil instead of vegetable oil, chicken breast. I think this diet coupled with sensible portions and a plan like the 3 hour diet will do wonders.
